This Ear Candy Update's premise is simple: Turn the tables on sorrows. It's a fact that when sorrows come they come not in single spies but in entire battalions. They come when you're weak and vulnerable. I'm not feeling weak at the moment but I am vulnerable. Be that as it may, it's damn-the-torpedoes time. I'm launching an offensive on those demons. I'm going to pick a fight and I'm going to win.

This is shout music, growling and howling at the moon music, fucking music, boogie down music and music to put it between the ditches by. This is for those of us who treat that perilous line between choosing and accepting fate. There is no existential pleading of the inner heart here. This is cacophony as revelation, bent over the devil's anvil. This is an anthem, a roll call for hope and perseverance.
