The French 75. 
Ingredients: 

1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice 
1/2 oz Simple syrup 
1 oz Gin 
3 oz Champagne 
Garnish: Lemon twist

Steps: 

Add all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker with ice and shake well. 
Strain into a Champagne flute. 
Top with the Champagne. 
Garnish with a lemon twist.
